Just released - the new SwissLegal handbook on Health Law (German language)

Healthcare costs have been rising steadily since 1960 every year. In 2015, the total cost amounted to 77.8 billion francs, which corresponded to 11.9% of the GDP at that time (Source: Federal Statistical Office BSF, as of 31.10.2017). Due to the increasing annual population, the ongoing progress in medicine and the associated higher average life expectancy, it can be assumed that the overall costs have meanwhile exceeded the 2015 GDP threshold.

The editors, Christine Boldi-Goetschy from SwissLegal Dürr + Partner (Basel) and Karin Caviezel from SwissLegal Lardi & Partner AG (Chur), took these developments as an opportunity, together with other authors of the SwissLegal Group and with the involvement of experienced doctors and specialists from the health sector, to fathom this phenomenon in more detail.

Il registro svizzero della trasparenza sta per entrare in vigore: cosa dovrebbero fare ora le PMI per prepararsi

Il 1° ottobre 2026 entreranno in vigore la legge riveduta sul riciclaggio di denaro e la nuova legge federale sulla trasparenza delle persone giuridiche e sull’identificazione dei titolari effettivi – in breve TJPG. Il registro della trasparenza è disciplinato giuridicamente dalla TJPG ed è gestito dall’Ufficio federale di giustizia. La novità non riguarda affatto solo le banche o altri intermediari finanziari. La maggior parte delle società per azioni, delle Sagl e delle cooperative svizzere dovrà in futuro identificare, verificare, documentare e segnalare al nuovo registro i propri titolari effettivi.
