Corporate Governance in Law

Corporate Governance in Law
In the latest issue of the Schwyz business magazine "H-I Auslese", the three attorneys Dominik Baeriswyl, MAS, LL.M., Dr. Maja Baumann, LL.M., and Dr. Silvan Hauser, LL.M., discuss the multiple challenges SMEs are facing in the legal and business environment today.

In an interview with the business magazine, the three specialists from SwissLegal (Zurich) AG explain why it is important for SMEs and their managers to maintain an overview of the increasing density of regulations and to keep abreast of current developments. This applies both to changes in the law and to changes in the business environment (e.g. performance disruptions in the supply chain) as well as to possible consequences from directly industry-relevant or related legal areas, in order to be able to react as quickly and efficiently as possible if necessary.

You will find the entire interview in the enclosed article (for download).
