Carol Simona Rothenfluh, MLaw, advises and represents national and international clients in all matters relating to real estate and tenancy law. She has many years of experience in private and public construction law as well as in the area of Lex Koller (BewG) and represents the interests of our clients in proceedings before authorities and in court disputes. In addition, Carol Simona Rothenfluh is also active in corporate law as well as in general commercial and contract law.

The Swiss Moot Court 2025-2026 once again brought together law students from Swiss universities for a competition in which argumentation, legal expertise, and eloquence are put to the test in conditions close to those of a real courtroom. This year, Colette Lasserre Rouiller had the honor of sitting on the jury, drawing on her expertise to assess the quality of the participants' pleadings and arguments. Her discerning eye and professional standards enabled her to accurately evaluate the students' performances, while recognizing their commitment and rigor.
