Die Umsetzung der Zweitwohnungsinitiative

Eine Regel mit vielen Ausnahmen - Übersicht über die ab 1.1.2016 geltende Zweitwohnungsregelung des Bundes

Am 11. März 2012 haben Volk und Stände die Zweitwohnungsinitiative überraschend angenommen. Die Annahme und Umsetzung der Zweitwohnungsinitiative hat zu grosser Rechtsunsicherheit geführt. Gerade in den Berg- und Randregionen sind massive Auswirkungen auf die Tourismus- und Baubranche wie auch bei Grundeigentümern festzustellen. Seit dem 1. Januar 2016 stehen nun das Bundesgesetz über Zweitwohnungen (ZWG, SR 702) und die Zweitwohnungsverordnung (ZWV, SR 702.1) in Kraft.
