Januar 2023 gelten die revidierten Aktienrechtsbestimmungen, welche die Einberufung und Beschlüsse der Generalversammlung und des Verwaltungsrats via elektronische Mittel, auf schriftlichem Weg, in virtueller oder hybrider Form zulassen. Der beiliegend abrufbare Artikel unserer Rechtsanwältin Dr. Maja Baumann gibt einen Überblick über die heute verfügbaren Möglichkeiten.

The Swiss Moot Court 2025-2026 once again brought together law students from Swiss universities for a competition in which argumentation, legal expertise, and eloquence are put to the test in conditions close to those of a real courtroom. This year, Colette Lasserre Rouiller had the honor of sitting on the jury, drawing on her expertise to assess the quality of the participants' pleadings and arguments. Her discerning eye and professional standards enabled her to accurately evaluate the students' performances, while recognizing their commitment and rigor.
