Die von Urs J. Hausheer im Jahre 1978 unter dem Namen Hausheer und Partner gegründete Anwaltskanzlei wuchs kontinuierlich und firmiert per 1. März 2017 unter SwissLegal HPLAW ZUG. In 40 Jahren hat sich die Kanzlei überregional erfolgreich etabliert. Heute stehen Urs J. Hausheer, Dr. Michael Iten, Daniela von Flüe Bolliger und Dr. Andreas Landtwing als Partner hinter dem Namen SwissLegal HPLAW ZUG. Acht weitere Mitarbeitende unterstützen die Kanzlei. Die Kanzlei ist spezialisiert im Handels-, Gesellschafts- und Vertragsrecht, Ehe- und Erbrecht sowie Wirtschafts-Strafrecht und Compliance. Zudem bietet sie umfassende notarielle Dienstleistungen an.

Die SwissLegal-Gruppe ist neben Zug mit acht weiteren Standorten in der ganzen Schweiz vertreten - in Aarau, Basel, Bern, Chur, Olten, Pfäffikon (SZ), St. Gallen und Zürich.

The Swiss Transparency Register Is Coming: What SMEs Should Do Now to Prepare

On October 1, 2026, the revised Anti-Money Laundering Act and the new Federal Act on the Transparency of Legal Entities and the Identification of Beneficial Owners—the TJPG for short—will take effect. The transparency register is legally governed by the TJPG and maintained by the Federal Office of Justice. This change by no means affects only banks or other financial intermediaries. In the future, the majority of Swiss stock corporations, limited liability companies, and cooperatives will be required to identify, verify, and document their beneficial owners and report them to the new registry.
