SwissLegal is now also represented in Ticino !

SwissLegal Indemini Partner SA is the youngest member of our Swiss-wide network of law firms and also the first SwissLegal office in the Italian-speaking region! With the step into Ticino, SwissLegal is now represented in all language regions of Switzerland and closes another important chapter in the successful expansion of its law firm network.

The Ticino law firm was founded by Clarissa Indemini, attorney-at-law and notary public, in Lugano and operated under the name Clarinde Law SA, studio legale e notarile at the address of the same name in Lugano from 2015 until the end of 2021.

The firm's professional focus includes both public and private law, with an emphasis on civil law (from family law and inheritance law to service and contract law), construction and real estate law, criminal law and, in cooperation with other network partners, national and international tax matters. The range of services offered in Ticino is rounded off with notarial services, which RA Clarissa Indemini provides as a licensed notary and notary public in the Canton of Ticino.

We are pleased to welcome this young, dynamic and friendly team into our network and look forward to an equally successful and enjoyable collaboration!

The Swiss Moot Court 2025-2026 once again brought together law students from Swiss universities for a competition in which argumentation, legal expertise, and eloquence are put to the test in conditions close to those of a real courtroom. This year, Colette Lasserre Rouiller had the honor of sitting on the jury, drawing on her expertise to assess the quality of the participants' pleadings and arguments. Her discerning eye and professional standards enabled her to accurately evaluate the students' performances, while recognizing their commitment and rigor.
