Over 2 million FTTH fibre optic connections for Switzerland - Swiss Fibre Net, one of the leading broadband providers in Switzerland, is starting an offensive together with Salt and Sunrise

Die Swiss Fibre Net AG (SFN) soll in den kommenden 5 - 10 Jahren über 2 Mio. Haushalten in der ganzen Schweiz Zugriff auf ein Produktangebot für Internet Zugang und TV via Glasfaser ermöglichen.

Salt, Sunrise und SFN haben diesbezüglich einen Zusammenarbeitsvertrag geschlossen. Der Vertrag regelt die Investitionen in die Organisation der SFN AG, welche damit ihre Präsenz am Schweizer Markt weiter ausbauen und stärken kann. Die SFN wurde in ihren Vertragsverhandlungen mit Salt und Sunrise durch Manuel C. Frick, Rechtsanwalt und Partner von SwissLegal Frick Anwälte (Bern), beraten.

Die Swiss Fibre Net AG ist ein Gemeinschaftsunternehmen lokaler Energieversorger in der Schweiz. Sie verbindet die lokalen Glasfasernetze ihrer Netzpartner zum grossflächigen, homogenen und offenen «Swiss Fibre Net» und bietet darauf aufbauend bedürfnisorientierte und hochqualitative Transportdienste für national tätige Service Provider und Mobilfunkunternehmen. Damit ist sie eine der führenden Breitbandanbieterinnen in der Schweiz und Garantin für den Wettbewerb im Telekommarkt.
