The Swiss Moot Court 2025-2026 once again brought together law students from Swiss universities for a competition in which argumentation, legal expertise, and eloquence are put to the test in conditions close to those of a real courtroom. This year, Colette Lasserre Rouiller had the honor of sitting on the jury, drawing on her expertise to assess the quality of the participants' pleadings and arguments.
