Legal/notary assistant

We are a law firm with a focus on commercial law with a good anchorage in Basel and supra-regional positioning via the SwissLegal Group. To complement our team, we are looking for the following candidates as of 1 March 2019 or by appointment

an legal/notary's assistant (Pensum 100%).

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, possibly even in the legal or notarial field. You have a perfect command of Microsoft Office programs and the German language and have knowledge of English (written and oral) and, if necessary, French. Ideally, you already have some practical work experience. You are positive, committed and reliable, and you enjoy working carefully, precisely and purposefully, sometimes under time pressure. 

We are a small local team and appreciate good work in an uncomplicated and open working environment. We have a modern IT environment and high-quality office space (you have your own office). Our goal is to provide high quality work for our customers. Our activity is both advisory and litigious. The focus is on commercial, financial, corporate and real estate law, with Christine Boldi in particular health law.

Attorney-at-law as Associate Lawyer

 

We are focussed on business, civil and criminal, consultative and forensic law. Our law firm in Zug is member of a Swiss network of 13 law firms in total. For our Swiss and international clients, we deal primarily with issues arising from corporate law, contract law, family and inheritance law, private and public building law as well as criminal law.

 

We offer you the opportunity to work in our law firm as an associate Lawyer (attorney/attorney in employment for and together with the five partner attorneys as well as independently. You can use our modern and efficient infrastructure in a central location (office, secretariat, meeting room and IT) in the middle of the city of Zug.

We expect a mature, independent thinking and motivated personality, Swiss lawyer and preferably with admission as Notary Public of the canton of Zug. The candidate should be professionally well versed in business law areas and bring a broad general knowledge. Furthermore, we expect the candidate to be a loyal, positive thinking and resilient person.

 

We also explicitly offer candidates the possibility of a future partnership at our firm in Zug. A separate customer base is desirable but not a mandatory requirement for employment. Being part of us, you can count on a very collegial and experienced team that will support you in your professional development and goals.

 

The job pensum is at least 50%, ideally 80%. Start from January 2019 or by appointment.
