New partners at SwissLegal (Zurich) AG

We are pleased to announce Nathalie Urban, Urs Reinwald and Dr. Reto Böhi as new partners at SwissLegal (Zurich) AG !

As well-rehearsed team, they bring many years of professional experience and international networking. We have confidence that they will help us to strengthen our service offering in the areas of corporate law/M&A, capital market law, labour law as well as tax law.


Urs Reinwald, lic. iur., LL.M., attorney-at-law,
after his studies in St. Gallen (HSG), he has been working for several years in a leading business law firm in Zurich. Since 2015, Urs Reinwald has been working as partner at an international business law firm in Zurich. At the end of 2019, he joined SwissLegal (Zurich) AG as partner and attorney-at-law.

Urs Reinwald is specialized in M&A, restructuring and succession solutions as well as in corporate and contract law matters in general, e.g. as legal advisor in connection with several M&A transactions (in Switzerland and abroad) for a leading retailer company, as legal counsel for start-ups (investment rounds) etc. Furthermore, Urs Reinwald has a wide expertise in capital market transactions and advises companies, investors, banks, asset managers and other financial service providers on all aspects of financial and capital market law.

 

Nathalie Urban, lic. oec. HSG, certified tax expert, certified auditor, after her studies at St. Gallen (HSG), she has been working for several years for a renowed tax and audit firm before she became certified auditor and tax expert. After joining the tax department of another "big four" tax and audit firm and after a secondment in London, Nathalie Urban was appointed tax partner. She last worked for several years at an international commercial law firm in Zurich before she became partner at SwissLegal (Zurich) AG in 2020.

Nathalie Urban has wide expertise in all tax law matters, i.e. in the areas of restructuring, M&A, obtaining rulings and also provides tax advisory for start-ups, corporates and private individuals.

 

Reto Boehi, Dr. iur., attorney-at-law, Solicitor (England & Wales), after his studies in Bern, he worked as a lawyer at the Social Security Court of the Canton of Zurich. After the successful completion of his studies in England, he was appointed full-time judge at the Tax Appeal Court of the Canton of Zurich. In 2004, Reto Boehi was co-founder of a commercial law firm in Zurich that finally in 2008 became the Swiss affiliate (and Reto Boehi became equitiy partner) of a large international law firm. At the end of 2019, he left the aforementioned Swiss law firm entity and joined SwissLegal (Zurich) AG as partner.

Reto Böhi in particular advises employment law, tax and social security law, corporate law, contract law as well as companies regarding international mobility of employees; in addition, he also advises entrepreneurs and private individuals in terms of succession planning.
